They identify themselves when they answer the phone, but do not wear nametags in the office and no longer have a short bio with an individual picture.  I am a &quot;visual learner&quot; and would find name tags and identifying photos helpful.  I also liked the bios of the vets on your website before the revision.  I think that is important to include.



I like the tips for older cats.  I agree that older cats are often sweeter and more affectionate than their younger selves.  This is very true of Miss Kitty, and was also the case for Smokey, who was a wild little tease in her youth, but a gentle loving companion in her old age.</description>
